Draw an L-shaped site, drop a few towers on it, and see straight away where the garden gets sun and where it sits in shade.

This is a small tool I built with an AI agent. It is called HK Landscape Sheets (香港園境圖則), and the whole screen is one A1 sheet with four drawings:
・LP-01 Site Analysis: draw the site, place the neighbouring buildings, type in their heights, and the shadows appear at once. Drag the date and time and they move with the sun. Compare sun hours at the winter and summer solstices, see the sun and shade zones, and check the Observatory's prevailing winds.
・LP-02 Planting Plan: plan, section, view and plant schedule are all linked. Drop in a kapok tree and the schedule gains a row by itself. Red-pen revision clouds check the scheme automatically; press "apply suggestion" and they clear one by one.
・LP-03 Tree Studies and LP-04 Growth Anatomy: ten Hong Kong trees you can grow year by year, and a photo of a kapok tree in Sha Tin annotated to show why it grows the way it does.
First, to be clear: I am not a landscape expert. I built this from what landscape architects generally look at, as described online. The caveats, plainly:
・It is a hobby project, version 1. It is not official guidance and not legal or professional advice.
・Some of the data is unverified, including mature spread for many trees, shrub sizes and monthly flowering. The app marks these 未核實.
・The checker's rules are design rules of thumb, not regulations.
・Shadows come from simple building boxes, with no trees or terrain.
If you work in landscape, corrections in the comments are very welcome.

What I really want to say is this: software is dead. In the AI era, what matters is knowing what you want, plus the ability to use an AI agent. Put the two together and you can build software made just for you. I did not write the code. I described what I wanted, and the agent built it.
